Little Dinah Bear’s parents are going through a divorce. In this very simple story, Dinah is reminded and reassured over and over again of all the things that do NOT change – Mama is her mama, Daddy is her daddy, and they can still do a lot of the same things even if they don’t all live together any more. For very young children, this very simple message about how much will stay the same even in the midst of change is probably the most important thing they can ever hear, no matter how many times they have to be reminded.
